Empire State Development recently launched a very helpful business reopening look-up tool. A business can use this tool to determine if they are permitted to be open at this time and what regulations/restrictions are in place for their industry (if any). They can search by county and NAIC code or industry description. The look-up tool can be found here: https://www.businessexpress.ny.gov/app/nyforward
