BROOKHAVEN INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTS INCENTIVES APPLICATION FOR MOVE OF HVAC FIRM TO BELLPORT

FARMINGVILLE, NY (Sept. 20, 2017) – Frederick C. Braun III, chairman of the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency (IDA), announced that the agency accepted an application for economic incentives from a rapidly growing HVAC contractor planning to relocate from Ronkonkoma to Bellport.

The application from HAE Air Inc. and its real estate affiliate, NAA Property, was accepted by the IDA at its September 20 meeting. HAE’s application is subject to IDA review, a public hearing and final approval.

HAE, now in 7,500 square feet of leased space in Ronkonkoma, plans to build an 11,750-square-foot building on a 1.11-acre lot on Sawgrass Drive in Bellport at a cost of $1.6 million.
