NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Chapter 56 of the Laws of 2022 effective April 9, 2022 through July 1, 2024, permitting local governments to hold public meetings by telephone and video conference and/or similar device as long as a quorum of Board members are present at the below stated time and place. The Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency (the “Agency”) Board Meeting scheduled for September 27, 2022 at 12:35 P.M. will be held in person at the Brookhaven Town Hall, One Independence Hill, Farmingville, NY 11738, in the 3rd floor Work Session Room.  Members of the public may attend in person or may view the Board Meeting by accessing the link https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82135185206?pwd=UEpxcm5OeW0zU2pBZVE0YnhhK254QT09 Passcode: 291473. Minutes of the Board Meeting may be transcribed and will be posted on the Agency’s website.
