Because of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency and State and Federal bans on large meetings or gatherings and pursuant to Governor Cuomo&rsquos Executive Order 202.1 issued on March 12, 2020, as amended to date and suspending the Open Meetings Law, the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency (the &ldquoAgency&rdquo) Audit Committee Meeting scheduled for March 10, 2021at 10:05A.M. will be held electronically via Zoom Meeting instead of a public meeting open for the public to attend in person.  Members of the public may view the Audit Committee Meeting by visiting https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86416133650?pwd=R1ZlNUZTUFRWazVjdEZyT0gvVG8wdz09 and entering pass-code 405503.Minutes of the Town of Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency Audit Committee Meeting will be transcribed and posted on the Agency&rsquos website.
